Q. IS IT BEST TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in your home leads to one of two choices. You can schedule professional appliance repair in an attempt to save money and continue using your current refrigerator, stove, dishwasher or dryer or washer or replace the broken appliance with a new one.

Appliances come with an expected lifetime. If your current appliance is within the earlier or middle part of that lifetime, we always encourage scheduling our appliance repair company. If the home appliance is nearing the final part of its expected lifetime, we would then recommend replacing it with a new one if your budget allows.

These are the average lifetimes of every model of home appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. WILL YOU PROVIDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. We do. Our service includes a warranty on manufacturer parts and labor. We use manufacturer replacement parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Whirlpool, Wolf, Amana and all other common appliance brands in order to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Please don’t hesitate to contact us anytime after our service if issues return with your household appliance.

Q. CAN YOU REPAIR MY BROKEN APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST VISIT?

A. Yes. We stock our service vans with 90% of the common manufacturer replacement appliance parts and the important tools to complete our appliance repair service. In the event we do have to return at a later date to finish a repair, there will not be an extra service cost. We estimate we complete over 85% of appliance repair appointments during the initial visit.

Q. WILL YOU CALL ME BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL?

A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour timeframe for our repairman to arrive at your home. We know how important our customer’s time is and do our best to ensure we arrive in the early part of the timeframe. But, if an earlier repair or appointment lasts a lot longer than we anticipated, this timeframe allows the technician time to still arrive on time within the service window. Our technicians always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival.
